Dolmabahce Palace: Extending for almost 8km (5 miles) on a tract of landfill on the shores of the shores of the Bosphorus is Dolmabahce Palace (appropriately translated as ” filled garden “), an imperial structure that for the first time looked to Western models rather than to the more traditional Ottoman style of building.The architect of Dolmabahce was Garabet Balyan, master of European forms and styles amid a long line of Balyan architects.
Grand Bazaar: Today, shops selling the same kind of merchandise tend to be congregated in their own street or in Hans as this were originall the Ottoman system.In addition to two bedestens there are also 13 Hans in the Grand Bazaar. The atmosphere of the Grand Bazaar is very interesting for tourist and has consequently become a very popular place for foreign visitors.
After the tour you will be transferred back to your cruise ship.
